TROY S. WILLIS Sr.
Founder/Director
A Native New Orleanian, raised in multiple housing developments, our director knows first-hand the needs of At-Risk Youths, Low Income families and inner community needs. He is a 20+ year veteran of the US Army and still serves this present day. With his service to this nation's Armed Forces and to this organization he has proven his selfless service to his community and others. He is the primary donor, volunteer, and mentor for all initiatives because he believes that leadership begins at front lines of the fight. Mr. Willis was educated New Orleans public Schools at John F. Kennedy Sr. High. Immediately following high school, he joined the US Army where he currently serves as a UH60M Blackhawk Pilot. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and holds a Commercial Instrument rating in Rotor Craft from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Pastor Everett is the Pastor of the Rock Of Ages Baptist Church of New Orleans La. He is a well known and proven Preacher, Pastor, and Community Leader. Pastor Everett's Passion for the community and the Spiritual Health of Community members dates back to his own youth where he has served as Ordained minister, ministering to communities around the world. He continues to give his time, wisdom, knowledge and resources to Community Avenger' initiatives when given the opportunity.

With us since our founding, Pastor Mat E. Turner I is the Pastor of the Greater Old Zion MB Church. Pastor Turner is known for his patience, and humility. His passion is to ensure that Community Youths have a voice that they are not afraid to sound off. He believes that as community leaders we should instead teach young kids of all ages how to perfect their voices by feeding them spiritually, mentally, emotionally.
